At Luxtresses we are committed to providing you the best! This theme is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment. Our standard shipping will take 7-10 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 9-14 days on the West Coast. We require a signature confirmation to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination. If you are out of time and need your hair tomorrow and you live in New York, we got you covered! We offer an Express service so you can keep your appointment. Orders must be placed by 12:30 EST to ship out same day. No shipping on Holidays. 
If you received your order and want to make a change please email us at Luxtresseshair@gmail.com  When shipping back your item please include your order number and the details of the exchange. At Luxtresses Hair our return policy on all orders lasts for 7 days from the date your order was received. If the 7 days have elapsed from the date of receiving order, we regrettably will be unable to extend an exchange.

To gain eligibility for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all original tags. Exchanges will be processed after quality control is completed which will take 48 hours from the date of receipt.

It is imperative that all returns are mailed with tracking services and delivery insurance to ensure your return is protected.

After email and tracking are sent out if you have not received your order even though it was signed for and was delivered Luxtresses will not be responsible for ANY lost items. If an item was lost and your tracking number states that the package says delivered it will have to be handled with the shipping service and not through us.
