At Luxtresses Hair our return policy on all orders lasts for 7 days from the date your order was received. If the 7 days have elapsed from the date of receiving order, we regrettably will be unable to extend an exchange.
To gain eligibility for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same exact condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all original tags. Exchanges will be processed after quality control is completed which will take 48 hours from the date of receipt.
It is imperative that all returns are mailed with tracking services and delivery insurance to ensure your return is protected.
After email and tracking are sent out if you have not received your order even though it was signed for and was delivered Luxtresses will not be responsible for ANY lost items. If an item was lost and your tracking number states that the package says delivered it will have to be handled with the shipping service and not through us.
